அயோத்தியில் இருந்த பாபர் மசூதி கர சேவகர்களால் இடிக்கப்பட்டு இன்றோடு 29 ஆண்டுகள் நிறைவடைந்திருக்கின்றன. பாபர் மசூதி இடிப்புக்கு முன் என்ன நடந்தது.. பின்னணி என்ன?
பாபர் மசூதி
உத்தரப்பிரதேச மாநிலம் அயோத்தியில் முகலாய மன்னர் பாபரின் படைத்தளபதி மிர் பாகி, 1528-ல் பாபர் மசூதியைக் கட்டியதாகக் கூறப்படுகிறது. அதேநேரம், இந்துக்களின் புனித இடமான ராமஜென்ம பூமியாக அது கருதப்பட்டு வந்தது. அங்கிருந்த இந்துக் கோயில் ஒன்றை இடித்துவிட்டே பாபர் மசூதி கட்டப்பட்டதாகவும் வாதம் முன்வைக்கப்படுகிறது. அந்த இடத்தில் பாபர் மசூதிக்கு முன்பே ஒரு கட்டடம் இருந்ததற்கான ஆதாரம் இருப்பதாக தொல்லியல் துறை சார்பிலும் கூறப்பட்டது. இந்துக் கோயிலாகவோ அல்லது புத்த மத கட்டடக் கலையைக் கொண்டதாக அது இருக்கலாம் என்ற வாதமும் முன்வைக்கப்பட்டது.
சுமார் நான்கு நூற்றாண்டுகளாக இந்து, முஸ்லீம் என இருதரப்பினருக்குமே அந்த இடம் புனித இடமாகக் கருதப்பட்டு வந்தது. நிர்மோகி அஹாரா என்ற அமைப்பு, அயோத்தியில் சர்ச்சைக்குரிய இடத்தில் இருந்த கோயிலை இடித்துவிட்டு மசூதி கட்டப்பட்டதாக ஃபரிதாபாத் நீதிமன்றத்தில் முறையிட்டது. இந்த விவகாரத்தில் முதல்முதலில் சர்ச்சை வெடித்தது 1855-ம் ஆண்டில்தான். இருதரப்பிலும் மோதிக்கொண்டு வன்முறை வெடித்தது. இதையடுத்து, 1859-ல் அப்போதைய பிரிட்டீஷ் அரசு, மசூதியின் வெளிப்பகுதியைப் பிரிக்கும் வகையில் தடுப்பு அமைத்தது.
சுதந்திரத்துக்குப் பிறகான முதல் சர்ச்சை

இந்து இயக்கங்களின் வளர்ச்சி
1980-களின் தொடக்கத்தில் உ.பி, பீகார் உள்ளிட்ட வடமாநிலங்களில் இந்து இயக்கங்கள் கால்பதிக்கத் தொடங்கின. அயோத்தியில் ராமர் கோயில் கட்ட வேண்டும் என்ற முழக்கத்தை விஷ்வ இந்து பரிஷத் முன்னெடுத்தது. 1984-ல் ராமஜென்ம பூமி இயக்கம் வலுப்பெறத் தொடங்கியது. பா.ஜ.க-வின் முகமாக மாறத் தொடங்கியிருந்த எல்.கே.அத்வானி அந்த இயக்கத்தின் தலைவராக அறியப்பட்டார். ராமர் கோயில் கட்ட வலியுறுத்தி பீகாரின் சீதாரமர்ஹி பகுதியில் இருந்து டெல்லி வரை ஸ்ரீராம் – சீதா ரதயாத்திரையை வி.ஹெச்.பி நடத்தியது. இதுபோல் 6 ரத யாத்திரைகளை உ.பியில் அந்த அமைப்பு நடத்தியது. அந்த ஆண்டு நடந்த பொதுத்தேர்தலில் 6 இடங்களில் பா.ஜ.க வென்றது.
ராஜீவ் காந்தியின் சர்ச்சை சட்டம்
வரலாற்று ஆய்வாளர் ராமச்சந்திர குஹாவின் தகவல்படி, 1986-ல் அயோத்தியில் இருக்கும் சர்ச்சைக்குரிய இடத்தில் இந்துக்கள் வழிபட அனுமதியளித்து மாவட்ட நீதிபதி ஒருவர் உத்தரவிட்டார். இது பிரதமர் அலுவலக உத்தரவுப்படி நடந்ததாக அவர் கூறுகிறார். இதை எதிர்த்து இஸ்லாமியர்கள் தரப்பில் பாபர் மசூதி ஆக்ஷன் கமிட்டி என்ற குழு அமைக்கப்பட்டது. அதேநேரத்தில், ஷா பனோ வழக்கு தொடர்பாக உச்ச நீதிமன்றம் பிறப்பித்த உத்தரவுக்கு மாறான இஸ்லாமியப் பெண்கள் (விவாகரத்துப் பிறகான உரிமைகள் பாதுகாப்பு) சட்டத்தை 1986-ல் அப்போதைய காங்கிரஸ் அரசு நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் நிறைவேற்றியது. அந்த ஆண்டில் பா.ஜ.க-வின் தலைவரான அத்வானி, காங்கிரஸின் இந்த நடவடிக்கையே அயோத்தி விவகாரத்தில் பா.ஜ.க முழுமூச்சாகக் களமிறங்கக் காரணமாக அமைந்தது என்றார்.
அலகாபாத் உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் வி.ஹெச்.பி துணைத் தலைவரும் அந்த நீதிமன்ற முன்னாள் நீதிபதியுமான தியோகி நந்தன் அகர்வால் 1989-ல் மனு ஒன்றைத் தாக்கல் செய்தார். அதில், சர்ச்சைக்குரிய இடத்தைப் பராமரிக்க அனுமதிக்கக் கோரியிருந்தார். ஆனால், அந்த மனுவைத் தள்ளுபடி செய்த அலகாபாத் நீதிமன்றம், இந்த விவகாரத்தில் அமைதி நிலவுவதற்காக ஏற்கனவே இருந்த நிலைமையே தொடர வேண்டும் என்று உத்தரவிட்டது. அயோத்தியில் குறிப்பிட்ட இடத்தில் ராமர் கோயில் கட்டுவதற்கான அடிக்கல் நாட்டுவதற்கு வி.ஹெச்.பி அமைப்புக்கு ராஜீவ்காந்தி தலைமையிலான மத்திய அரசு 1989 நவம்பர் 9-ல் அனுமதியளித்தது.
அத்வானியின் ரதயாத்திரை
அயோத்தியில் ராமர் கோயில் கட்ட வேண்டும் என்ற கோரிக்கையோடு 1990 செப்டம்பர் 25-ல் பா.ஜ.க சார்பில் அத்வானி ரத யாத்திரையைத் தொடங்கினார். சோம்நாத்த்தில் இருந்து அயோத்தியை நோக்கி செல்லுமாறு அதன் பயணத் திட்டம் வகுக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது. ஆனால், பீகாரின் சமஸ்திபூருக்கு வந்தபோது அப்போதைய லாலுபிரசாத் யாதவ் தலைமையிலான மாநில அரசு எல்.கே.அத்வானியைக் கைது செய்தது. விஷ்வ இந்து பரிஷத் தலைவர் அசோக் சிங்காலும் கைது செய்யப்பட்டார். இதையடுத்து, அக்டோபர் 30-ல் பாபர் மசூதிக்குச் செல்ல முயன்ற கரசேவகர்களை போலீஸார் தடுத்து நிறுத்தினர். அப்போது ஏற்பட்ட மோதலில் 20 பேர் கொல்லப்பட்டனர். இந்த சம்பவத்தால் உ.பியின் பல்வேறு பகுதிகளில் மதக்கலவரங்கள் வெடித்தன.
இதனால் அதிருப்தியடைந்த பா.ஜ.க தலைமை, வி.பி.சிங் தலைமையிலான அரசுக்கு அளித்துவந்த ஆதரவை வாபஸ் பெற்றது. ஆட்சி கவிழ்ந்ததை அடுத்து நடைபெற்ற பொதுத்தேர்தலில் பா.ஜ.க 121 இடங்களில் வென்று இரண்டாவது பெரிய கட்சியாக உருவெடுத்தது. உத்தரப்பிரதேசத்திலும் பா.ஜ.க-வின் கல்யாண் சிங் ஆட்சியைப் பிடித்தார்.
டிசம்பர் 6, 1992
அயோத்தியில் பிரமாண்ட பேரணிக்கு பா.ஜ.க, விஷ்வ இந்து பரிஷத் உள்ளிட்ட அமைப்புகள் சார்பில் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டது. 1992 டிசம்பர் 6-ம் தேதி நடந்த அந்தப் பேரணியில் எல்.கே.அத்வானி, முரளி மனோகர் ஜோஷி, உமாபாரதி உள்ளிட்டோரின் பேச்சைக் கேட்பதற்காக சுமார் 1,50,000 கரசேவகர்கள் திரண்டனர். கூட்டத்தில் வன்முறை வெடிக்கவே, போலீஸார் அயோத்தியின் சர்ச்சைக்குரிய இடத்தைச் சுற்றி வேலி அமைத்து பாதுகாப்பைப் பலப்படுத்தினர். ஒரு கட்டத்தில் போலீஸாரின் பாதுகாப்பு வளையத்தை மீறி கரசேவகர் ஒருவர் மசூதியின் மேல் ஏறி காவிக் கொடியைப் பறக்கவிட்டார். அதைத் தொடர்ந்து போலீஸாரின் தடையை மீறி மசூதிக்குள் சென்ற ஆயிரக்கணக்கான கரசேவகர்கள் சில மணி நேரங்களில் அதை இடித்துத் தகர்த்தனர். இதனால், நாடு முழுவதும் பல்வேறு இடங்களில் வன்முறை வெடித்தது. இந்த வன்முறைச் சம்பவங்களால் நாட்டின் பல்வேறு பகுதிகளில் இரண்டாயிரத்துக்கும் மேற்பட்டோர் கொல்லப்பட்டனர். சுதந்திரத்துக்குப் பிறகான இந்தியாவின் வரலாற்றில் கறுப்பு நாளாக டிசம்பர் 6,1992 பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.
