லஞ்ச ஒழிப்புத் துறையின் முதல் தகவல் அறிக்கையில், `01-04-2016 முதல் 31-03-2021 இடையிலான காலகட்டத்தில் குற்றம்சாட்டப்பட்ட கே.சி.வீரமணியின் சேமிப்பு ரூ.1,83,61,100 ஆக இருந்தது தெரியவந்திருக்கிறது. இந்த இடைப்பட்ட காலகட்டத்தில் அவர், அவரது தாய் உள்ளிட்ட அவரைச் சார்ந்திருப்போர் வாங்கிய சொத்துகளின் மதிப்பு இதைவிட அதிகமாக இருக்கக் கூடாது. ஆனால், இந்த குறிப்பிட்ட காலகட்டத்தில், 28,78,13,758 ரூபாய் மதிப்பிலான சொத்துகள், அதாவது 654% அளவுக்கு அதிகமான சொத்துகளை வாங்கியிருப்பது விசாரணையில் தெளிவாகிறது’ என்று குறிப்பிடப்பட்டிருக்கிறது. இதனால், ஊழல் ஒழிப்புச் சட்டம் 1988 பிரிவு 13(2), 13 (1) உள்ளிட்ட பிரிவுகளின் கீழ் அவர் மீது வழக்குப் பதியப்பட்டிருக்கிறது.
