ஐபிஎல் தொடரின் முதல் சீசனில் ராஜஸ்தான் பௌலர் சொஹைல் தன்வீர் எடுத்த 6/14 விக்கெட் ஸ்பெல், 2019 வரை சிறந்த பந்துவீச்சாக இருந்தது. சென்னை சூப்பர் கிங்ஸுக்கு எதிரான போட்டியில், முதலில் பந்துவீசிய ராஜஸ்தான் அணி வீரர்கள் சிறப்பாகப் பந்துவீசினர். அந்தப் போட்டியில் முதல் ஓவரை வீசிய தன்வீர், பார்த்திவ் படேல், ஸ்டீபன் பிளமிங் என இரண்டு விக்கெட்டுகள் வீழ்த்தினார். அதேபோல், சி.எஸ்.கே ஆல்ரவுண்டர் அல்பி மோர்கல் மற்றும் டெயில் எண்டர்களான முரளிதரன், நிடினி விக்கெட்டுகளையும் வீழ்த்தவே, அந்த அணி 109 ரன்களில் ஆல் அவுட்டானது. அடுத்து பேட் செய்த ராஜஸ்தான், 8 விக்கெட்டுகள் வித்தியாசத்தில் வீழ்த்தியது. 2019 ஐபிஎல் சீசனில் அல்சாரி ஜோசப், 12 ரன்கள் மட்டுமே விட்டுக்கொடுத்து 6 விக்கெட்டுகள் வீழ்த்தினார்.

ஐபிஎல் தொடரில் தனது 360 டிகிரி பேட்டிங்கால் பலமுறை அசத்தியிருக்கிறார் ஆர்.சி.பி வீரர் டிவிலியர்ஸ். அதில், 2015 சீசனில் மும்பை இந்தியன்ஸுக்கு எதிராக அவர் பதிவு செய்த 133 ரன்கள் முக்கியமானது. அந்தப் போட்டியில், தொடக்க வீரர் கெய்லேவுக்குப் பிறகு களமிறங்கிய டிவிலியர்ஸ் செய்தது மாஸ் சம்பவம். கேப்டன் விராட் கோலியோடு (50 பந்துகளில் 89*) இணைந்து இரண்டாவது விக்கெட்டுக்கு 215 ரன்கள் குவித்த டிவிலியர்ஸ், இறுதிவரை ஆட்டமிழக்காமல் 59 பந்துகளில் 133 ரன்கள் எடுத்திருந்தார். இதில், 19 பவுண்டரிகள், 4 சிக்ஸர்களும் அடங்கும். அந்தப் போட்டியில் 235/1 என்ற இமாலய ஸ்கோரை ஆர்.சி.பி பதிவு செய்தது. மும்பை அணி, 196 ரன்கள் மட்டுமே எடுக்க, பெங்களூர் அணி 39 ரன்கள் வித்தியாசத்தில் வெற்றிபெற்றது.
பிரெண்டன் மெக்கல்லம்
ஐபிஎல்லின் முதல் போட்டி என்றுமே மறக்கமுடியாதது. ஆர்.சி.பி – கொல்கத்தா நைட்ரைடர்ஸ் மோதிய அந்தப் போட்டியில், கே.கே.ஆர் தொடக்க வீரர் பிரண்டன் மெக்கல்லம் ருத்ரதாண்டவம் ஆடினார். அந்தப் போட்டியில் 73 பந்துகளில் 158 ரன்கள் குவித்தார். இதில், 13 சிக்ஸர்களும் 10 பவுண்டரிகளும் அடங்கும். அந்தப் போட்டியில் கே.கே.ஆர், 3 விக்கெட் இழப்புக்கு 222 ரன்கள் குவித்தது. மெகா இலக்கை சேஸ் செய்த ஆர்.சி.பி, 15.1 ஓவர்களில் 82 ரன்களில் வீழ்ந்தது.
கிறிஸ் கெய்லே
ஐபிஎல் தொடரில் எவர்கிரீன் இன்னிங்ஸ்களில் கெய்லேவின் 175* முக்கியமான இடம் பிடித்திருக்கிறது. 2013 சீசனில் புனே வாரியர்ஸ் அணிக்காகக் களமிறங்கிய ஆர்.சி.பியின் தொடக்க வீரர் கெய்லே, 66 பந்துகளில் இந்த ஸ்கோரைப் பதிவு செய்தார். இதில், 13 பவுண்டரிகள் மற்றும் 17 சிக்ஸர்கள் அடங்கும். ஈஸ்வர் பாண்டே வீசிய இரண்டாவது ஓவரில் 5 பவுண்டரிகளும், மிட்செல் மார்ஷ் வீசிய 5-வது ஓவரில் 28 ரன்களும் குவித்த கெய்லே, 17 பந்துகளில் அரைசதத்தைப் பதிவு செய்தார். 30 பந்துகளில் சதமடித்து, ஐபிஎல்லின் அதிவேக சதம் என்கிற சாதனையையும் அந்தப் போட்டியில் அவர் பதிவு செய்தார். கெய்லே அதிரடியால் ஆர்.சி.பி, 263/5 என்கிற ஸ்கோரை எட்டியது. அடுத்து களமிறங்கிய புனேவால், 20 ஓவர்களில் 133/6 ரன்கள் மட்டுமே எடுக்க முடிந்தது. அந்தப் போட்டியில் ஒரு ஓவர் பந்துவீசிய கெய்லே, இரண்டு விக்கெட்டுகளையும் வீழ்த்தி ஆட்டநாயகனாக ஜொலித்தார்.
